AIIMS Bhopal Organises Crochet Art Workshop to Promote
To promote the mental well-being, stress management, and overall wellness of its employees, AIIMS Bhopal regularly organizes a variety of health and creative engagement activities. As part of these ongoing efforts, the Health and Wellness Centre (HWC), AIIMS Bhopal, organized a two-day Crochet Art Workshop. The workshop was conducted by Ms. Tejaswani Bhoi, a student of Hospital Administration. Employees of AIIMS Bhopal enthusiastically participated in the programme. Through interactive and hands-on sessions, participants learned the fundamental techniques of crochet.
During the workshop, participants were informed that crochet is not merely a creative art form but also an effective tool for improving mental well-being. Its rhythmic and repetitive movements help reduce stress and anxiety, improve concentration, promote relaxation, and stimulate creativity. The activity also supports emotional balance and overall psychological well-being. The workshop concluded with active participation and positive feedback from the attendees. Participants appreciated the initiative and noted that such programmes play an important role in encouraging self-care among healthcare professionals, promoting effective stress management, and fostering a healthy and positive workplace environment
